Chilled Fruit and Honey Yoghurt Drink
  • 2 x 140g tubs pear and apple puree
  • 2 cups low-fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon Equal Spoon for Spoon
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 200g low-fat honey yoghurt

Combine the pear and apple puree, milk, Equal, cinnamon and yoghurt in a jug, whisk until combined and refrigerate until cold. Serve poured over ice cubes, if desired.

Hint: Pureed fruit tubs are available in the canned fruit section of supermarkets.
