At the annual DAA conference, Equal hosted an early morning breakfast seminar, with visiting international speaker Dr Ruth Kava, Director of Nutrition for the American Council on Health & Science. Dr Kava discussed the role of low-calorie sweeteners, such as Equal, in a calorie controlled diet and presented a compelling overview of the science on all low-calorie sweeteners including their efficacy, their safety and their role in everyday diet and lifestyle.
